Each ornament is made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days, then US shipping takes 5–8 business days. You will get a tracking number by email once it ships.

If your ornament arrives damaged or with a printing mistake, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a free replacement.

We print exactly what you type, so please double-check names, spelling and dates. Uploaded photos should be clear and well lit. Need changes after ordering? Email us within 12 hours and we will update it before production.
