How to personalize

2. Upload a front-facing photo of your cat: head and chest clearly visible, eyes open, good lighting, nothing covering the face.
3. Use a clear, high-resolution photo — the sharper the photo, the more your mini me looks like your kitty.
4. Check the preview, then add to cart. Have more than one cat? Add one doll for each.

Each ornament is made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days, then US shipping takes 5–8 business days. You will get a tracking number by email once it ships.

If your ornament arrives damaged or with a printing mistake, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a free replacement.

We print exactly what you type, so please double-check names, spelling and dates. Uploaded photos should be clear and well lit. Need changes after ordering? Email us within 12 hours and we will update it before production.
